To continuously enhance the company’s fire safety management standards and strengthen all employees’ fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, our company successfully organized and conducted the annual fire emergency drill within the factory premises on December 5, 2025. This drill, with clear objectives, orderly organization, and full participation, achieved the desired outcomes and was a complete success.
Prior to the official commencement of the drill, the head of the company’s safety management department conducted essential pre-drill training for participating employees. The training content was closely aligned with practical scenarios, focusing on: daily prevention points for workplace fire risks, the correct operating procedures and appropriate usage scenarios for various fire extinguishing equipment (particularly dry powder fire extinguishers), as well as emergency evacuation routes, action procedures, and precautions. The explanations aimed for clarity and conciseness, ensuring the effective communication of key information.
Subsequently, the drill proceeded to the simulated practical stage. Following the pre-defined plan, a scenario simulating a sudden fire outbreak in a specific area was enacted. Upon the sounding of the alarm, all employees responded swiftly, strictly adhering to the guidance of the emergency plan, and quickly and orderly assembled in the safe area via designated evacuation routes. The evacuation process was smooth overall, demonstrating the employees’ familiarity with the emergency procedures.
Following the successful completion of the evacuation drill, a hands-on fire extinguisher training session was set up on-site. Under the professional guidance of safety officers, participating employees practiced the actual operation of fire extinguishers in groups. Through hands-on practice of steps such as “Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep,” employees further grasped the basic skills for suppressing initial fires, effectively boosting their confidence and capability in handling fire situations.
This fire drill served not only as a vivid safety education lesson for all staff but also as an effective test of the feasibility of the company’s existing emergency plan, the accessibility of evacuation routes, and the functionality of certain firefighting facilities. The organizational coordination and the positive responsiveness of employees demonstrated during the drill have solidified the foundation for the company’s fire safety defenses.
